Why should we eat organic food?

The reason is very simple. You should not hurt your body by eating genetically modified food (GMO)!

You as a human have to eat every day, but before you put food in your mouth, have you ever thought, where does it come from? how are they made? Is it beneficial or harmful?

In the past half-century, the food industry has been developing rapidly in the world. Meanwhile, a growing number of studies have shown that this rapidly growing industry actually has many questionable aspects. For example, are various unnamed food additives really harmless to the human body? Or genetically modified foods (GMOs) that have been developed to make fruits and vegetables look bright-colored or to increase yields. If often edible, what can cause to the body?

Reuters (an international news organization) published a report in June 2019 titled “More Evidence Links Ultra-Processed Foods to Health Harms,” citing two long-term studies conducted in The British Medical Journal. People who eat a lot of ultra-processed foods are more likely to develop heart disease or die early. They face a variety of health problems, including cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and depression.

What is organic food?
In short, organic food is equal to the original food. The fruits and vegetables from organic farms are grown using the most primitive farming methods, no pesticides, no genetically modified seeds, no chemical fertilizers, etc., and pay close attention to the ecological balance. Organic foods are processed according to standards. It is by far the most reliable and quality food.

Are bright-colored tomatoes better?
“Organic food is a return to the most natural kind of food.”
Nowadays, many people like to look for bright and good-looking food ingredients. For example, tomatoes must choose the biggest and reddest ones, but those are genetically modified tomatoes. Organic fruits and vegetables may not look as good as genetically modified ones, but they retain the original taste of the food.

Where does your energy come from?
We need the energy to do everything in our daily life. For our organs to function properly and for our bodies to retain the ability to heal themselves, we need nutrients throughout the process of growing up, and both energy and nutrients must come from food. As the saying goes “illness comes from the mouth” is true because health also comes from the mouth! We must eat right, eat healthily, get nutrition from food.
